You will be our guests' superhero ensuring all aspects of the guest journeyand experience are delivered to the highest level
You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show
As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guestsatisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department

Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Receptionist

Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential

This is a casual (zero-hour) contract
Working hours (shifts) include early mornings (6.45am start), mid-shifts, and late shifts (10.30pm finish. Weekends and bank holiday working may be scheduled.
