Where You’ll Work

You’ll be part of the Walsall cluster, covering areas like Walsall, Aldridge, Brownhills, Cannock, Lichfield, Burntwood, and Sutton Coldfield. We organize work locally, allowing you to focus on getting members back on the road in your area.

Your Responsibilities

As a Roadside Technician in our Patrol division, you’ll:

  • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
  • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
  • Handle a variety of challenges, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.

What You’ll Need

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.

You'll start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact on the roadside. We’ll set you up for success from day one with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit.
