Are you ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Engineer to become a vital part of our Facilities Management team at Oaks Park High School, Newbury Park. Hours:

40 hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our building systems and infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building fabric systems.
  • Performing minor installation works, refurbishments, and system adjustments.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities.
  • Participating in a 1-in-3 week on-call rota to provide essential emergency support.

  • You have solid experience in building maintenance with electrical qualifications (17th or 18th Edition).
