Your Responsibilities
As a Mobile Premises Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Delivering PFI standards for the site, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Supporting the Facilities Manager in providing top-notch on-site facilities management services.
- Performing building maintenance duties, including minor repairs and changing low-level lamps.
- Handling litter picking, snow clearing, gritting, weeding, portering duties, and cleaning all areas.
- Receiving deliveries and distributing materials to building users efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for you if:
- You have previous experience in a caretaking and/or portering role.
- You can communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers.
- You are skilled at liaising with contractors and updating site records promptly.
- You can manage site security, ensuring all doors and entries are locked and unlocked as needed.
- You hold a Full UK Driver’s Licence.
