About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our team in Southampton. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team that tailors care packages to meet the unique needs of each child and young adult. With comprehensive training in Developmental Trauma and therapeutic parenting, you will be equipped to provide the best support possible.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children and young people, understanding their unique challenges.
  • Ability to work a 3-week rolling rota, including 24-hour shifts and sleep-ins (1 weekend off every 3 weeks).
  • Qualifications: Hold or be willing to work towards a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder or Youth Work is a plus.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a shift pattern on rotation. You will be part of a supportive team that values your individuality and professional growth.
