Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
Contract Term: Permanent
Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an inspirational teacher, you will:
- Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging lessons in Science, Maths, and the wider curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of your students.
- Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help children become responsible citizens.
- Motivate students to embrace learning and develop a lifelong love for education.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have successful teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children.
- Possess SEN experience, focusing on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs.
- Have a solid understanding of the national curriculum, especially in Science and/or Maths.
- Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills and a reflective practice approach.
- Be knowledgeable about therapeutic approaches to education.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Provide dynamic and engaging lessons that inspire students.
