Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Specific Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: Up to £24,625 per annum

Your Role

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR? As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our hiring managers and candidates. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will assist in the entire recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to coordinating interviews and collating candidate documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of Polaris brands, their culture, and work environment.
  • Take ownership of vacancy adverts: draft, post, and monitor applications.
  • Review applications, screen candidates, and create shortlists for hiring managers.
  • Source candidates directly and maintain communication via phone and email.
  • Set up interviews and ensure hiring managers have all necessary information.
  • Provide candidates with feedback and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Complete various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
  • Prepare documents for successful candidates in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR on the onboarding process for new hires.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage your own workload independently.
  • Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of children's residential homes is a plus.
