Reporting directly to the Services Engineer Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch technology support across our operating sites.
Your Mission:
In this role, you will be the backbone of our technology services, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on providing ongoing support for various technology components, including:
- Workstations and output devices (Printers and Multifunction Printers)
- Software license compliance and security measures
- Hands-on support for IT infrastructure
Your goal? To create a seamless technology experience for our teams across the region!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Sysco operating sites within your designated region.
- Uphold IT standards while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets.
- Keep business and IT management informed, escalating impactful issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support-related issues.
- Engage in continual improvement through training and professional development opportunities.
- Participate in Agile daily standups and manage backlog and work in progress.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Significant customer service experience in Computer Technology.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and software such as Microsoft Windows, Office 365, MacOS, and VMWare Workspace One.
- Ability to utilize remote support tools for troubleshooting.
- Availability for after-hours and weekend on-call support as needed.
- A resourceful, reliable, and trustworthy demeanor with strong numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), along with strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
