Reporting directly to the Services Engineer Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch technology support across our operating sites.

Your Mission

In this exciting position, you will be the go-to expert for technology services, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Providing exceptional technical support to Sysco operating sites within your designated region.
  • Ensuring adherence to IT standards while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets, including workstations, printers, and networking hardware.
  • Keeping business and IT management informed about impactful issues and escalating them as necessary.
  • Documenting support-related issues to enhance our service quality.
  • Embracing continual improvement through training opportunities for your professional growth.
  • Participating in Agile daily standups and managing your workload effectively.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Considerable customer service experience in Computer Technology.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and software such as Microsoft Windows, Office 365, MacOS, and VMWare Workspace One.
  • Experience using remote support tools for troubleshooting.
  • Availability for after-hours and weekend on-call support as needed.
  • A resourceful, reliable, and trustworthy nature, with a knack for accuracy in numbers and mathematical formulas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
