Your Role
As a Bridge Engineer within our Structures Team at Kier Design, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a variety of high-profile infrastructure projects. Your work will include:
- Producing technical designs, calculations, drawings, and reports
- Supporting Lead Engineers in project delivery
- Assisting with maintenance and new-build structures schemes
- Ensuring designs meet client briefs, standards, and programme requirements
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or HNC/HND equivalent)
- Is working towards or has achieved IEng / CEng (MICE, MIStructE or equivalent)
- Has experience in the inspection, assessment, or design of highways structures
- Is familiar with Eurocodes and UK standards (DMRB, MCHW)
- Is a proactive team player with strong technical and analytical skills
