Your Role
As an SEN Class Teacher, you will lead a small, bespoke class of up to 6 pupils, supported by a Teaching Assistant. Your mission? To create engaging and inclusive learning experiences that cater to a diverse range of abilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative lesson presentations
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and professionals to uphold high educational standards
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
- Utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement
- Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment
- Adhering to school policies and procedures in alignment with our values
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
- Proven experience in SEN teaching
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every pupil's success
Please note that the successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by Polaris Community.
