Your Role

As our new SEN Class Teacher, you will be at the heart of our mission, teaching a small bespoke class of up to 6 pupils with the support of a Teaching Assistant. Your creativity and dedication will shine as you plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of your students.

In this role, you will:

• Inspire and motivate pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative presentations
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and professionals to uphold high educational standards
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment for all pupils
• Adhere to school policies and procedures in alignment with our core values

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
• Proven experience in SEN teaching
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every pupil's success

Please note that the successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by Polaris Community.
