Your Role
As our new SEN Class Teacher, you will be at the heart of our mission, teaching a small bespoke class of up to 6 pupils with the support of a Teaching Assistant. Your creativity and dedication will shine as you plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of your students.
In this role, you will:
- Inspire and motivate pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative presentations
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and professionals to uphold high educational standards
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment for all pupils
- Adhere to school policies and procedures in alignment with our core values
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
- Proven experience in SEN teaching
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every pupil's success
Please note that the successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by Polaris Community.
