About The Olive Frances School
Located in the heart of Banbury, our school caters to up to 84 pupils aged 5 to 18 with a range of complex needs. We pride ourselves on creating a safe and supportive atmosphere where every child feels valued and empowered. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in promoting the welfare of our pupils and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming parents, visitors, and colleagues with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Managing the reception area, including answering calls and recording messages.
- Ensuring visitor safety by managing sign-ins and issuing badges.
- Maintaining the shared calendar and updating school information.
- Coordinating resources and managing deliveries efficiently.
- Supporting educational staff with work experience opportunities for pupils.
Administrative Support

Working Conditions
