Salary: Base salary of £52,000, with potential earnings up to £58,600 through bonuses

About the Role

As our Registered Manager, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and lead staff practice.
  • Drive continuous improvement in line with Area Camden's standards and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
  • Ensure child-centered care focused on achieving the best outcomes.
  • Maintain robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency working.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, organize work patterns, and deliver care-focused training.

About You

We are looking for a qualified and experienced leader who can demonstrate:

  • A Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one), along with NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
  • Strong childcare and safeguarding knowledge, including relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Experience in managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) where you will manage your own rota and participate in the on-call rota.
