Sports Coach - Team Member Plus

At Butlin's, we live by the motto of ‘Getting Stuck In’, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who share this passion! This dynamic role allows you to dive into both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

Your journey will start with our core leisure activities like archery and pottery painting, where you’ll build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the chance to take part in larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions and high ropes adventures.

In addition to leisure activities, you’ll support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department. No two days will be the same, giving you hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas while working with diverse teams and meeting a variety of guests.

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.

We’re seeking energetic and positive individuals who are excited to engage with guests and bring activities to life. If you love getting involved, learning new skills, and creating fun, memorable experiences, this could be the perfect fit for you!

While a sports coaching background is beneficial, it’s not a requirement. What truly matters is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for making our guests’ moments special.
