Qualifications & Experience
To excel in this role, you should have:
- π Recognised Early Years Qualification β NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3
- πΆ Proven Experience β Previous leadership as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
- π¬ Strong Leadership & Communication Skills β Inspire and support a team to create a nurturing environment
- π Commitment to High-Quality Early Education β Passionate about fostering engaging learning experiences
