Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your keen attention to detail will be crucial as you monitor the pool and flumes, all while engaging with guests and delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you'll not only keep our guests safe but also promote and run exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories for everyone. If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that's fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need through the NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career.

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. As a Lifeguard, you’ll need to be a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, especially during busy times at the pool.

While previous lifeguard qualifications are a plus, we’re more than happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ certification with us. You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will also be times when you’ll supervise areas independently.

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. Your role will be vital in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.
