Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the chance to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld. Your attention to detail and warm customer service will shine as you lead and support poolside activities, making every moment special for our guests.

About You

We’re searching for a spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives on learning and enjoys collaborating with a dynamic team. As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, followed by lifeguarding duties for the remainder of your contracted hours.

No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside diverse team members and guests. If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need through the NPLQ course. Just be prepared to complete and pass a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
