Seasonal Splash Lifeguard

Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes. Your keen attention to detail will be crucial, as guest safety is our top priority. You'll have the opportunity to interact with guests and deliver outstanding customer service, making their experience unforgettable.

In this role, you'll also promote and organize exciting poolside activities, creating memorable moments for our guests while keeping their safety at the forefront of everything you do.

This full-time position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, spread over 5 days, including evenings and weekends.

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can engage and connect with a diverse range of people. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the pool area during busy periods to ensure safety.
• Providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Promoting and organizing fun poolside activities.
• Working both as part of a fantastic team and independently when required.

To thrive in this role, you must be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential, and you must be at least 18 years old to apply. If you have previous lifeguard experience, we would love to hear from you!
