Sports Coach - Team Member Plus

About the Role

‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our core values, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who truly enjoy diving into their work!

In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay at Butlin’s.

Initially, you’ll engage in our core leisure activities, such as archery and pottery painting, allowing you to build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in this role, you’ll progress to larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions, high ropes, and much more!

Additionally, you’ll support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The remainder of your week will be dedicated to delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department.

No two days will be the same! You’ll gain hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.

About You

We’re seeking energetic, positive individuals who are ready to engage with guests and bring activities to life. If you love getting involved, learning new skills, and creating fun, engaging experiences, we want to hear from you!

• You don’t need a sports coaching background, although it would be a plus.
• What matters most is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for crafting memorable moments for our guests.
• You’ll be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in your role, and is excited about growth opportunities—from smaller activities to larger sports and adventure-based roles.
