Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of civil and structural works? We’re on the lookout for two enthusiastic Sub-Agents to join our Thames Water Framework team, based in the vibrant areas of Kingston upon Thames and Twickenham.
Location:
Kingston upon Thames and Twickenham
Working Hours:
45 hours per week - We offer some flexibility on hours, so just let us know what works for you when we chat!

Your Role:
As a Sub-Agent, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional civil and structural works at either Hogsmill STW or Mogden STW. Collaborating closely with the Agent, you’ll manage operational resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is your chance to thrive in a supportive and collaborative team environment!
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies to ensure compliance and foster a safe working environment.
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to deliver works on programme and to specification.
- Manage site engineers and quality assurance processes, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
- Support commercial activities, including cost forecasting and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong relationships across teams to promote collaboration and achieve shared objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a relevant qualification (HNC, degree, NVQ Level 3, or management qualification) and are chartered with ICE or working towards chartership.
- You have a proven track record in successfully managing projects, with strong organisational and communication skills.
- You’re commercially aware, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and take a proactive approach to work.
- You hold SMSTS and CSCS or CPCS cards and have a keen attention to detail.
- You’re an enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve results.
