Join Our Team as a Site Manager!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the water industry? We’re on the lookout for a Site Manager to join our dynamic Water team based in Lincoln, working on the Anglian Water framework.

Hours:

45 hours per week - we offer some flexibility on hours, just let us know what works for you!

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient delivery of site work across our water projects. You’ll collaborate with talented teams while focusing on health, safety, quality, time, and cost. Your leadership will ensure that multiple projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the safe and efficient delivery of site work, prioritizing health, safety, environmental standards, and quality.
  • Manage direct labor and supply chain partners to meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, proactively supporting site-based supervisors and delivery teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Complete all health and safety documentation, including inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and method statements.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • Experience in the water, civils, or construction industry, along with Storage Points experience.
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness, coupled with excellent organizational skills.
  • A solid understanding of health and safety and CDM regulations.
  • A full driving license.
