Location: Scunthorpe
Hours: 45 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know when we chat!)

Your Role

As a Site Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our construction operations, taking ownership of daily activities on-site. You’ll ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. What Will You Be Responsible For?

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the project team to deliver construction projects safely and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Leading daily site operations, supervising staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver works according to program and specifications.
  • Monitoring progress, managing resources, and implementing measures to mitigate delays and resolve issues.
  • Maintaining site records such as daily logs, permits, inspections, and progress reports.
  • Chairing site meetings and liaising with the project team to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.

What Are We Looking For?

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You have experience in site management within Construction, Utilities, or similar industries.
  • You hold an SMSTS certification, CSCS card (Black or equivalent), and First Aid qualification.
  • You possess a strong understanding of construction methods, temporary works, and site management procedures.
  • You can read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • You hold a full driving license and are flexible to travel to project sites.
