In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the chance to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay. As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld, where safety is our top priority.

With your keen attention to detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service, you’ll not only oversee poolside activities but also help create magical moments for our guests.

About You

Are you a spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives in a lively environment? If so, we want you on our team! As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, followed by lifeguarding duties for the remainder of your contracted hours.

No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside diverse team members and guests. If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need through our NPLQ course.

Swim Test Requirement:

• Swim 50m in under 75 seconds
• Tread water
• Surface dive
• Climb out of the pool unaided
