Are you ready to dive into an exciting role where safety meets fun? At our Splash Waterworld, our lifeguards play a crucial part in ensuring that guests not only have a fantastic time but also stay safe while enjoying the pool and flumes!

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to keep our guests safe, which requires superb attention to detail. But it’s not just about vigilance; you’ll also engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service that enhances their experience.

In addition to monitoring the pool, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Promote and run exciting poolside activities
• Create memorable experiences for our guests

If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll support you through your NPLQ course, equipping you with all the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.

About You

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table:

• A strong swimming ability
• Fantastic attention to detail to monitor the pool during busy times
• Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality, as our business operates 7 days a week

You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will also be times when you’ll supervise areas independently. If you have a lifeguard qualification, we’d love to hear from you, but we’re equally excited to help you gain your NPLQ with us!
