Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic lifeguards to join our team during school holiday periods throughout the year!

If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that's fantastic! But don't worry if you don't—we'll provide you with the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career. Just pass the Butlins swim test, and we’ll enroll you in the NPLQ course!

As a lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fun and safe experience in our pools and on our thrilling flumes. Safety is our top priority, so we’re looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety.
• Lead and support poolside activities, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests of all ages.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with guests.
• Strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently.

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. You will be a vital part of our team!

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
