Are you ready to dive into a role where safety meets fun? At Butlin's, our lifeguards play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience at our Splash Waterworld. Your mission? Keep everyone safe while they enjoy the pool and flumes!

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of our guests, which requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional customer service. You'll also have the opportunity to:

• Promote and run exciting poolside activities.
• Create memorable experiences for our guests.
• Engage with visitors to enhance their enjoyment.

If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that's fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need to earn your NPLQ certification and kickstart your lifeguarding career.

About You

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of people. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• A strong swimming ability and fantastic attention to detail.
• The capability to monitor the pool effectively, especially during busy times.
• A willingness to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality, as our business operates 7 days a week.

If you have a lifeguard qualification, we’d love to hear from you! If not, we’re more than happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ with us.
