Your Role

As a vital part of our team, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a fun and safe atmosphere at our Splash Waterworld. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring guest safety in the pool and on the flumes
• Leading and supporting poolside activities
• Creating memorable moments for our guests

About You

We’re looking for a high-spirited and fun-loving multi-tasker who enjoys learning and collaborating with a team. As a Team Member Plus, your week will include:

• Cleaning our accommodation on Mondays and Fridays
• Working as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours

No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working with diverse team members and guests. If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, we’ll provide you with the training you need, including the NPLQ course.

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll need to complete and pass a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
