Are you ready to make a splash this year? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic lifeguards to join our team during our school holiday periods. Whether you're a seasoned pro with a lifeguard qualification or a strong swimmer ready to take the plunge, we want to hear from you!

If you can pass the Butlin's swim test, we’ll provide you with the training you need to earn your NPLQ qualification. This is your chance to kickstart an exciting career in lifeguarding!

Your Role

As a lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fun and safe experience in our pools and on our thrilling flumes. Safety is our top priority, so we’re looking for individuals who are:

• Detail-oriented: Your keen eye for safety will help keep everyone secure.
• Engaging: You’ll create unforgettable moments for our guests with your warm and friendly approach.
• Active: Lead and support poolside activities that enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety.
• Assist in leading poolside events and activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests of all ages.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and confident: Enjoy interacting with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Strong swimmers: Must have a commitment to safety and the ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
• Reliable and flexible: Punctual team players who can also work independently when needed.

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
