About the Role

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay at Butlin’s.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage in core leisure activities such as archery and pottery painting, building your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery.
- Progress to larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions and high ropes.
- Support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays).
- Spend the rest of your week delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department.
No two days will be the same! You’ll gain hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.
Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.
About You

- A sports coaching background is a plus, but what truly matters is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for making our guests smile.
