About the Role

Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity? At Butlin’s, we live by the motto of ‘Getting Stuck In’, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who share our passion for creating unforgettable experiences!

In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the chance to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time during their stay. As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld, where safety is our top priority.

With a keen eye for detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service, you’ll lead and support poolside activities, helping to craft memorable moments for our guests.

About You

We’re looking for a spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives on learning and enjoys collaborating with a vibrant team. As a Team Member Plus, your week will include:

• Cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays
• Working as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours

No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside diverse team members and guests!

If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need through our NPLQ course. Just be prepared to complete and pass a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
