Join Our Lifeguard Team at Splash Waterworld!

Are you ready to make a splash? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic lifeguards to join us during our school holiday periods throughout the year. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a fun and safe experience at Splash Waterworld!

Safety is our top priority, and we need individuals who possess excellent attention to detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service. As a lifeguard, you’ll not only ensure safety but also lead and support exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

• Friendly and confident individuals who love interacting with guests of all ages.
• Strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently when supervising areas.

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. You’ll be a vital part of our team!

If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry! If you can pass the Butlin’s swim test, we’ll provide you with the training you need to obtain your NPLQ qualification and kickstart your lifeguarding career.

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
