About the Role

In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring every guest enjoys a fantastic stay at Butlin’s.

Initially, you’ll dive into our core leisure activities like archery and pottery painting, where you’ll build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in the role, you’ll take on larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions and high ropes adventures.

Additionally, you’ll lend a hand to our accommodation team, preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department.

No two days will be the same! You’ll gain hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.

About You

We’re searching for energetic, positive individuals who are excited to interact with guests and bring activities to life. If you love getting involved, learning new skills, and delivering fun, engaging experiences, we want to hear from you!

While a sports coaching background is a plus, it’s not a requirement. What truly matters is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for creating memorable moments for our guests.

You’ll be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in your role, and is eager to grow—from smaller activities to larger sports and adventure-based roles.
