Where You’ll Work

You’ll be part of the Harrogate cluster, covering areas like Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Boroughbridge, Wetherby, and Otley. We prioritize local work, allowing you to focus on getting our members back on the road in your community.

Your Responsibilities

As a Roadside Technician, you’ll:

  • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repairs and vehicle diagnostics.
  • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
  • Handle a variety of challenges, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.
  • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to our members when they need it most.

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
