Join the vibrant Butlin's Team as a Kitchen Manager in beautiful Bognor Regis! Here, we believe that variety is the spice of life, and in this role, you'll have the chance to lead and nurture our talented team in one of our fantastic food venues. A trip to the seaside wouldn’t be complete without delicious food, and we’re committed to delivering that experience to every guest, every time.

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team of up to 15 chefs and kitchen porters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing your team
  • Managing stocktakes, rosters, and timesheets
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
  • Collaborating closely with the Venue Manager and front-of-house team to provide exceptional service

You'll also have the opportunity to support other kitchen teams and participate in event work during conferences held on the resort.

  • Qualified: You should have passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Cost-conscious: Responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.

Typical working hours: Five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week, with participation in a bonus scheme.
