About The Role
At Butlin's, we believe that variety is the spice of life! In this exciting role, you'll have the chance to lead and develop our talented team in one of our fantastic food venues. A trip to the seaside wouldn’t be complete without great food, and we’re committed to delivering that experience to every guest, every time in our restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Consistently delivering our brand standards, menu, and dish specifications.
• Carrying out kitchen opening checks to ensure a safe, hygienic, and secure working environment.
• Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Managing food safety documentation, including temperature checks during breakfast shifts.
• Recording and monitoring food waste and ensuring proper food storage using FIFO principles.
