Your Role at a Glance
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:
- Competitive Base Salary: Start with £40,178, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- Structured Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

What to Expect
Your day will kick off with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and waiting for you. You’ll be responsible for:
- Routine servicing
- Advanced diagnostics
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Providing member advice and recommendations
- Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and advanced diagnostics at your disposal, you’ll have everything you need to deliver quality work from day one!

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
