About the Role

‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our core values, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who love to dive right in!

This dynamic role offers you the chance to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay at Butlin’s.

Initially, you’ll engage in our core leisure activities like archery and pottery painting, where you’ll build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions, high ropes, and much more!

In addition to leisure activities, you’ll support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department.

No two days will be the same! You’ll gain hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.

About You

We’re seeking energetic, positive individuals who are excited to interact with guests and bring activities to life. If you enjoy getting involved, learning new skills, and delivering fun, engaging experiences, we want to hear from you!

• You don’t need a sports coaching background, although it would be a plus.
• What matters most is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for creating memorable moments for our guests.
• You’ll be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves variety in your role.
• Excited about the opportunity to grow? You’ll start with smaller activities and progress into larger sports and adventure-based roles.
