Location & Working Hours

• Locations: Falmer / Chatham (Remote working available)
• On-site Requirement: 3 days per week
• Hours: Full-time (40 hours) - options for condensed working, part-time, or job share

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor in our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in controlling costs and maximizing value. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing project finances, including preparing applications for payment and monitoring costs
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth financial processes
• Supporting procurement activities and providing commercial evaluations
• Identifying changes and assisting with Change Control procedures
• Ensuring all contractual notifications are accurately in place

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have experience with NEC contracts and Target Costs
• You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building relationships
• You have a background in construction, water, or civil infrastructure
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy client interactions
