Your Responsibilities
As a Mobile Premises Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Delivering PFI standards for the site, ensuring compliance with contractually set standards and Health and Safety regulations.
- Supporting the Facilities Manager in providing an exceptional on-site facilities management service.
- Performing building maintenance duties, including minor repairs and changing low-level lamps.
- Handling litter picking, snow clearing, gritting, weeding, portering duties, and cleaning all areas.
- Receiving deliveries and distributing materials to building users.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for you if you:
- Have previous experience in a caretaking and/or portering role.
- Can communicate effectively with customers and build strong relationships.
- Are skilled at liaising with contractors and updating site records promptly.
- Can manage site security, ensuring all doors and entries are locked and unlocked as needed.
- Hold a full UK Driver’s Licence.
