Location & Hours
- Location: Cardiff (remote working available with occasional office visits)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexibility available)

Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Drainage Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in our Drainage team, delivering exceptional design solutions across various water, flooding, and drainage projects. Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting the Drainage Lead in delivering a portfolio of projects on time and within budget.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and statutory bodies.
- Leading technically challenging drainage projects with innovative, sustainable solutions.
- Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to support their development.
- Managing project delivery and promptly addressing any concerns.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have experience in highway drainage, water utilities, and working with Lead Local Flood Authorities.
- You’re proficient in InfoDrainage and AutoCAD Civils3D, with strong technical skills.
- You hold a Civil Engineering degree (or similar qualification) and are a member of a relevant engineering body.
- You have around 8 years of experience leading diverse drainage projects.
- You’re a clear communicator who enjoys collaboration and supporting team development.
