Location & Hours
Location: East Hyde, Bedfordshire - Enjoy some remote working flexibility, with occasional travel to other offices.
Hours: 45 hours per week - We offer flexibility, so just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Role
As a Design Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in the design phase of our construction projects. You’ll ensure that we deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the engineering assurance process for designs developed by our design partners.
- Managing design changes and serving as the primary point of contact for technical queries.
- Collaborating with clients to understand and fulfill their specific requirements.
- Upholding design quality procedures, working with a 'right-first time' philosophy.
- Ensuring compliance with Construction Design & Management (CDM) regulations and managing design-related health and safety risks.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in an engineering discipline or related field.
- You have experience working on complex technical projects, ensuring target delivery for time, cost, and quality.
- You possess strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You hold a full driving license for travel to various offices and sites.
