Are you ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for two enthusiastic Sub-Agents to join our Thames Water Framework team in the vibrant areas of Kingston upon Thames and Twickenham.

Location & Hours

Location: Kingston upon Thames and Twickenham

Hours: 45 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know during our conversation!)

Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.

Your Role

As a Sub-Agent, you will be a key player in delivering civil and structural works at Hogsmill STW or Mogden STW. Collaborating closely with the Agent, you’ll manage operational resources to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is your chance to make a real impact while supporting a collaborative team environment!

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Implement and monitor health and safety policies to ensure compliance and foster a safe working environment.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to deliver works on programme and to specification.
• Manage site engineers and quality assurance processes, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
• Support commercial activities, including cost forecasting and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships across teams to promote collaboration and achieve shared objectives.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You hold a relevant qualification (HNC, degree, NVQ Level 3, or management qualification) and are chartered with ICE or working towards chartership.
• You have a proven track record in successfully managing projects, with strong organisational and communication skills.
• You’re commercially aware, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and take a proactive approach to work.
• You hold SMSTS and CSCS or CPCS cards and have a keen attention to detail.
• You’re an enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve results.
