Location & Hours

Location: Liverpool

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – with some flexibility available to suit your needs!

Salary

Starting from: £40,000 per annum

Are You the One?

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Qualified: An Architectural Technologist (MCIAT/ACIAT) or equivalent (HNC/Degree).
  • Experienced: Skilled in delivering detailed design using REVIT and BIM.
  • Confident: Able to lead projects and support junior technicians.
  • Knowledgeable: Well-versed in UK building regulations and construction standards.
  • Passionate: Committed to sustainable and low carbon design.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will:

  • Produce high-quality drawings and technical information using REVIT.
  • Coordinate and manage BIM information across projects.
  • Support planning applications and statutory approvals.
  • Conduct site visits and manage contract administration.
  • Contribute to design risk management and principal designer duties.
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary design team.
  • Assist in bids, sales activity, and project delivery across the region.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Are a qualified Architectural Technologist (MCIAT/ACIAT) or equivalent with strong experience.
  • Possess advanced skills in REVIT, BIM, and technical design delivery.
  • Have experience across sectors like education, MOD/MOJ, or blue light (desirable).
  • Stay updated with UK regulations and modern construction practices.
  • Can deliver high-quality drawings and coordinated design information.
