Join Our Team as a Site Manager!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the water industry? We are seeking a passionate Site Manager to join our dynamic Water team based in Lincoln, working on the Anglian Water framework.

Hours:

45 hours per week - with some flexibility available. Just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Role:

As a Site Manager, you will take charge of the safe and efficient delivery of site work across our water projects. This is your chance to collaborate with talented teams while focusing on health, safety, quality, time, and cost. You’ll oversee multiple projects, supporting site-based teams and ensuring excellent standards throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the safe and efficient delivery of site work, prioritizing health, safety, environmental standards, and quality.
  • Manage direct labor and supply chain partners to ensure all construction activities meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects by proactively supporting site-based supervisors and delivery teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed programs and budget allowances.
  • Complete all health and safety documentation, including inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and method statements.

What We’re Looking For:

This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • Experience in the water, civils, or construction industry, along with Storage Points experience.
  • Sound commercial and contractual awareness, coupled with excellent organizational skills.
  • A good understanding of health and safety and CDM regulations.
  • A full driving license.
