Location & Hours
Location: Plymouth – Devonport Royal Dockyard
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00
Important Eligibility Criteria
Due to the sensitive nature of our site, BPSS security clearance is required, which can take up to 8 weeks. Candidates must:
- Hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country
- Have resided in the UK for the past 5 years
Your Role and Responsibilities
As our LTQR Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Quality Assurance team, ensuring excellence in all project activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the LTQR/ITP process and team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Analyzing LTQR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies for progressive tracking of records
- Managing the overall ITP/LTQR tracker and organizing training sessions with the QA and delivery team
- Establishing collaborative working arrangements with the client team and supporting digital records management systems
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Quality, or Construction (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, or MEng)
- Have proven experience as a LTQR/Completions or QA Manager and are ISO 9001 Lead Auditor trained
- Possess strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies, with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Have experience managing teams and driving quality improvement initiatives
- Are proficient with quality management software and can collaborate across multiple departments
