Location & Hours

Location: Scunthorpe

Hours: 45 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know when we chat!)

Your Role

As a Site Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of day-to-day activities on site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-notch quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead daily site operations, supervising staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver works according to programme and specifications.
• Monitor progress, manage resources, and implement measures to mitigate delays and resolve issues.
• Maintain site records, including daily logs, permits, inspections, and progress reports.
• Chair site meetings and liaise with the project team for effective communication and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have experience in site management within Construction, Utilities, or similar industries.
• You hold an SMSTS certification, CSCS card (Black or equivalent), and First Aid qualification.
• You possess a strong understanding of construction methods, temporary works, and site management procedures.
• You can read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• You have a Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to project sites.
