With over 30 years of experience, we’ve built a reputation for putting children at the heart of everything we do. Our Integrated Service Programme ensures that children and foster parents receive the comprehensive support they need, including access to social workers, fostering advisors, teachers, and therapists.

Your Role

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will:

  • Provide direct support to foster parents, managing a realistic caseload that allows for meaningful supervision.
  • Conduct regular supervision sessions, enabling foster parents to enhance their practice and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to ensure full participation in safeguarding and child protection processes.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a qualified and experienced Social Worker or Senior Social Worker who is:

  • Enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents and their invaluable skills.
  • Experienced in working collaboratively with foster parents and within a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Skilled in report writing and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Holds a Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation in children's services.
  • Has a full driving license and unrestricted access to a car.
