Our lifeguards play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe atmosphere at Splash Waterworld, and we need passionate individuals like you!

Your Role

As a Team Member + 1, you’ll be a vital part of our team, working on Mondays and Fridays to clean our accommodations, and then spending the rest of your contracted hours as a lifeguard. No two days will be the same, and you’ll enjoy the variety of collaborating with different team members and engaging with our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety and enjoyment in the pool and on the flumes.
• Lead and support poolside activities, creating memorable moments.
• Maintain a warm and engaging approach to customer service.
• Work collaboratively with a spirited team.

Requirements

We’re looking for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and grow. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
