Join Our Lifeguard Team at Splash Waterworld!

Are you ready to make a splash? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic lifeguards to join our team during school breaks throughout the year. At Splash Waterworld, our lifeguards are essential in ensuring that every guest enjoys a fun and safe experience in our pools and on our thrilling flumes.

Safety is our top priority, and we need individuals who possess excellent attention to detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service. You’ll not only be responsible for keeping our guests safe but also for leading and supporting exciting poolside activities that create unforgettable moments!

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to rules.
• Engage with guests of all ages, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead poolside activities that enhance the guest experience.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with guests.
• Strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently.

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility and reliability are essential. You’ll be a vital part of our team, ensuring that every guest has a fantastic experience.

If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry! If you can pass the Butlin’s swim test, we’ll provide you with the training you need to obtain your NPLQ qualification.

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete the Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
